Petaluma, CA—On January 25, the Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) approved $3M in One Bay Area Grants (OBAG) funding for the construction of two segments of the Sonoma-Marin Area Rail Transit District (SMART) bicycle and pedestrian pathway.
