Sonoma County Transit Route 60 provides regional service connecting the SMART Windsor station to Healdsburg and Cloverdale to the North, and Santa Rosa to the South. Board at Windsor River Road and Bill Beedie Way.
Sonoma County Transit Route 62 provides regional service connecting the SMART Windsor station to the Sonoma County Airport, Larkfield-Wikiup neighborhood, and Santa Rosa. Board at Windsor Rd at the Depot.

The SMART Windsor station parking lot is located at 8900 Windsor Road, adjacent to the station. Day-use parking is complimentary at this SMART station parking lot during the hours of 4:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. SMART riders can park overnight at this train station parking lot for the flat-rate of $5 a night. Overnight parking is from 12:00 a.m. to 3:59 a.m. Payment for overnight parking is made through the ParkMobile app and overnight parking may be booked for up to 5 nights at a time. Use Parkmobile zone number 2533 - also located at the entry of each SMART parking lot. Overnight parking is first come, first serve. Recreational vehicles (RV) are not permitted.
