Railroad Square Joint Development Proposals

We will be posting the Executive Summaries from the three joint development proposals recently submitted by: The Railroad Square Associates LLC led by the John Stewart Company; The Railroad Square LLC, led by Creative Housing Associates; and The Railroad Square Development LLC led by CIM and Domus Development, by Monday, April 3.

The proposals are now available for public viewing at the Sonoma County Public Library - Central Branch in downtown Santa Rosa. Additionally, SMART intends to make the executive summaries of each proposal available online at sonomamarintrain.org .
