Final Environmental Impact Report
The FEIR provides detailed information about the environmental impacts, mitigations, and benefits of the proposed project. The FEIR also provides responses to comments received on the Draft Environmental Impact Report (DEIR) which were received during the review period and at two public hearings held on the DEIR
Approximately 1,600 written comments on the DEIR were received, as well as oral comments made at the two public hearings on the DEIR. All comments were responded to in the FEIR, even if the comments did not directly address the adequacy of the DEIR. Although the FEIR provides extensive additional clarifying information, the conclusions in the DEIR regarding the significant environmental impacts of the proposed project have not changed. No significant new information was added that would require recirculation of the DEIR.
